I absolutely loved the cozy and charming atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration had a traditional Balinese touch with beautiful wooden furniture and colorful fabrics. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a peaceful environment for relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The pathways were well-paved and there were no stairs to climb, making it easy for me to move around without any difficulty.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and understanding of our needs. Sometimes they seemed a bit busy and less focused on providing the best service to us.

I had an amazing time at Ngeluwungan Boutique! The villas were exactly what I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met. The pool and day beds were perfect for lounging and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The complimentary seafood BBQ on Sundays was a delightful treat. The location, although outside the main strip, provided a quieter and more peaceful environment. I highly recommend this hotel for a lovely and relaxing getaway.

The territory is stunning, with jaw-dropping beauty. The small pool provided a super private swimming experience. The delicious food and constantly clean room were mind-blowing. The staff's friendliness was fantastic from start to finish. Our tour with Dek Gus was amazing - he spoke fluent English and showed us incredible places. The variety of grass tea options was a nice surprise, I had around 20 cups! The staff went above and beyond, helping us with everything we needed.

We fell in love with this hotel! The staff were incredible, always there to help with anything we needed. They even gave us a mobile phone to contact the manager if we had any issues while we were out. We loved that they cared about the environment and provided a water dispenser instead of plastic bottles. The outdoor bathroom was amazing, we enjoyed showering under the stars! The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the beach.
Hard to think of anything.

The atmosphere of this place is just amazing! It feels like you're staying with family because the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is unbeatable - just a quick walk to the beach and near plenty of restaurants and shops. I also loved that they gave back to the community by working with an orphanage. Another great perk - the breakfast is delicious and included in the stay!
The TV was a bit small and far from the bed, making it difficult to watch. , I wish they had provided sandals or slippers in the room - I had to buy some outside the hotel.

My stay at this boutique hostel was exceptional! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. They even offered a room for me to get ready in before my departure. The Sunday BBQ was amazing, with a huge platter of delicious fish. I loved that they also invited children from the orphanage to join. It was such a heartwarming end to my stay.
I recommend this hotel to everyone.

We spent our New Year's Eve at a wonderful place. the food was amazing, especially the seafood barbecue and the vegan options were also available. It was very easy to walk to the beach, as it was only a few blocks away. the location was perfect for us, since we wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The rooms were a bit outdated and in need of some refurbishment, but the staff more than made up for it with their hospitality. there were no footpaths in the area, so you would need transportation like a scooter or a bike to get around.
